Safari (Leopard) to Support Rich Text Editing (finally!)
March 2nd, 2007
Of significant note in the latest seed of Leopard is the fact that the next rev of Safari will (finally!) support rich text editing. This means that Safari will finally enter the new millennium with regard to support for the rich text editors that are supported in Firefox and IE. For me, at least, this means that many of my clients will finally be able to use Safari to manage their CMS back-ends, including the custom ones I’ve built for them as well as popular blogging tools like Word Press and MovableType.
Stay tuned. [EOP]
